Prior to 2025, booking an office through Liberty was a confusing and circular process. Thus, when creating this website the goal was to provide professionals with greater control over their office discovery process and equip them with all the necessary information to find the perfect office space.

To do this, a search function was introduced so that the user journey began on the homepage leading to a listings page that allows users to filter for their closest and most appealing location. Alternatively, users can navigate Liberty's range of workspace offerings, reaching out to receive a tailored booking service.

Since the website's launch, form submissions increased 25.5%, the engagement rate improved from 41.52% to 64.03% and the bounce rate fell from 60.9% to 35.97%.

Today, Liberty is a Certified B Corporation and has been re-certified as a Great Place to Work®, demonstrating their commitment to community, environment, customers, and employees.
